PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kinerja Kepala Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) Kota Ternate, Muslim Gani, mulai disorot. Ini ada hubungannya dengan gaji Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) di Disdik Ternate yang belum terbayar selama empat bulan.
Akibatnya, pada Rabu (2/11) kantor Disdik Ternate dipalang PTT lantaran kecewa dengan kinerja Kepala Disdik, Muslim Gani. Bahkan Muslim dinilai mengabaikan nasib PTT Disdik Ternate, sehingga nasib mereka pun terkatung-katung.
Atas dasar itu, Wali Kota Ternate, M. Tauhid Soleman, akhirnya turun lapangan untuk merespons nasib PTT Disdik Ternate itu.
Orang nomor satu di Pemkot Ternate ini tampaknya tidak tega melihat nasib pegawai itu, sehingga ia akan terus memantau aktivitas pekerjaan Kepala Disdik Muslim Gani.
Tauhid mengatakan, sengaja ia berkunjung ke kantor Disdik Ternate untuk mewarning atau memberikan peringatan keras kepada Muslim Gani soal capaian kinerjanya.
“Saya ke sini untuk memberikan warning kepada Kepala Disdik atas segala kisruh yang terjadi di wilayah lingkup Pemkot, serta menekankan agar secepatnya menyelesaikan masalah ini, termasuk honor PTT di Disdik Ternate ini,” tegas Tauhid saat diwawancarai, Selasa (8/11).
Meski begitu, Tauhid mengaku bahwa pembayaran honor tersebut sudah dalam tahap proses. Sehingga itu, pihaknya juga memastikan bahwa honor PTT tersebut sudah terbayar satu bulan.
“Karena itu masuk pada APBD Perubahan tahun 2022, dan tinggal proses pencairannya saja agar sisanya langsung di bayarkan,” tuturnya menjelaskan.
Selain itu, Tauhid menuturkan, terkait ancaman yang diterima PTT soal akan diberhentikan oleh kepala Disdik Ternate, akan dipantau terus aktivitas Kepala Disdik Ternate.
“Kami akan menekankan secara keras terkait dengan tugas-tugas pokok Disdik seperti apa,” tegasnya menutup. (udi/tan)
