PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Pekerjaan dermaga Hiri di Kelurahan Sulamadaha, Kecamatan Ternate Barat, Kota Ternate, dilanjutkan tahun depan. Proyek ini dianggarkan melalui APBD Induk tahun 2023 senilai Rp 2,5 miliar.
Kepala Bappelitbangda Kota Ternate, Rizal Marsaoly, mengatakan bahwa saat ini sudah ada skema yang ditawarkan pihak Dinas PUPR terkait penahan ombak yang akan menghantam tetrapod.
“Mereka tawarkan, dan saya bilang buat saja dan coba dihitung-hitung dulu. Kalau bisa laksanakan, pokoknya tahun depan harus ada progres jembatan Pulau Hiri,” katanya kepada wartawan, Selasa (15/11).
Sementara Kepala Dinas PUPR Kota Ternate, Rus’an M. Nur Thaib saat dikonfirmasi terpisah, mengaku pekerjaan yang sempat tertunda itu akan dilanjutkan di tahun depan.
“Ada skema baru untuk dirangkaikan dengan pemasangan tetrapod yang sudah disiapkan,” ujarnya.
Cara itu, menurutnya, untuk meminimalisir anggaran yang hanya Rp 2,5 miliar tersebut. Skema itu akan didiskusikan dulu dengan pihak yang akan mendesainnya.
Ia bilang, jika mengikuti desain awal, maka Pemkot memerlukan biaya yang banyak. Sehingga pihaknya akan melakukan rekayasa penahan ombak.
“Nanti kita bicarakan juga dengan desain perencanaannya dari Universitas Khairun, dengan Pak Sayuti. Jadi hari ini kita akan rapat. Tapi itu kita akan rekayasa saja. Jadi bisa mengurangi biaya, tapi tetap harus sesuai dengan spek teknis,” jelasnya. (udi/ask)
