PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Wali Kota Ternate, M. Tauhid Soleman, mengungkapkan pihaknya masih mengkaji gaji Direksi dan Dewan Pengawas (Dewas) Perusahaan Air Minum (PAM) Ake Gaale Kota Ternate.
Itu dilakukan untuk menindaklanjuti adanya aksi protes ratusan karyawan PAM Ake Gaale beberapa hari lalu sehingga Direksi, Dewas dan karyawan yang diwakili serikat pekerja sudah ada beberapa kesepakatan yang tentunya akan dikaji. Di mana hal ini tentunya diharapkan tidak mengganggu pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Selain itu, Tauhid yang juga Kuasa Pemilik Modal (KPM) PAM Ake Gaale ini menegaskan, pihaknya melakukan revisi terhadap Peraturan Wali Kota (Perwali) terkait besaran komponen atau gaji Direksi dan Dewas Perusahaan PAM Ake Gaale.
“Hasil kajiannya sudah ada di Sekda, yang pasti dalam waktu dekat akan disampaikan, soal poin-poin yang jadi tuntutan karyawan juga akan dikaji,ā ujar Tauhid, Selasa (22/11).
Lebih lanjut, orang nomor satu di Pemkot Ternate ini menambahkan, saat ini pihaknya melakukan evaluasi Perwali terkait pasal-pasal yang mengatur, salah satunya menyangkut besaran gaji Direksi dan Dewas.
“Soal gaji akan dikaji semua dan poin-poin nantinya akan disampaikan dengan waktu yang tidak terlalu lama dan secepatnya,ā imbuhnya. (udi/tan)
