PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Ternate, Samin Marsaoly, mengungkapkan ada sebanyak 262 calon Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) guru di Kota Ternate akan dinilai.
Dari sebanyak 262 orang tersebut akan memperebutkan formasi PPPK, sehingga itu bakal diseleksi hingga mencapai 100 PPPK. Sebab untuk guru PPPK kuotanya hanya dibatasi 100 orang.
“Sebanyak 262 orang itu akan memperebutkan formasi PPPK untuk guru dan hanya 100 orang yang akan diisi. Untuk itu, dari jumlah sekian banyak 262 orang, akan digugurkan sebanyak 162 orang, sehingga tersisa 100 orang yang berhak menjadi PPPK di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Ternate,” jelas Samin, (2/12).
Karena itu, pihaknya bakal menyampaikan penilaian kesesuaian formasi guru dalam metode observasi calon PPPK yang telah selesai dilaksanakan.
“Dari Dinas Pendidikan Kota Ternate juga sudah selesai melakukan tes observasi terhadap calon PPPK untuk guru di Kota Ternate. Sekarang tinggal di BKPSDM untuk memberi pembobotan penilaian dan Insya Allah hari ini sudah selesai,” katanya.
“Setelah selesai memberi pembobotan, maka langkah selanjutnya akan dimasukkan ke dalam sistem. Dengan demikian, sistem yang akan menilai. Kemudian pada 8 Desember 2022 hasil pembobotan calon PPPK untuk guru akan disampaikan ulang oleh Kemendikbud,” sambungnya menutup. (udi/tan)
