PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Forum Gerakan Soa Saraha menggelar aksi turun ke jalan dan memalang akses pintu masuk TPA Takome, Kecamatan Ternate Barat, Senin (5/12).
Unjuk rasa tersebut dipicu lantaran massa aksi menolak Perwali Nomor 53 Tahun 2017 soal tapal batas Kelurahan Takome dan Sulamadaha.
Kordinator Aksi, Andre Robo, menyampaikan terbitnya Perwali Nomor 53 Tahun 2017 mengakibatkan konflik horizontal.
Terbitnya Perwali ini pula yang akhirnya memaksa masyarakat Sulamadaha meninggalkan aspek sejarah, yang menjadi identitas keabsahan peradaban orang Ternate.
Menurutnya, dengan penetapan Perwali itu, Pemkot Ternate justru telah memanipulasi kebijakan. Padahal, Jikomalamo dan TPA secara kewilayahan merupakan areal Kelurahan Sulamadaha.
“Hal ini sangat jelas, bahwa ada tendesius dan tanpa tahapan rapat koordinasi, dan juga sosialisasi ke masyarakat Sulamadaha,” katanya.
Ini tentu sangat bertentangan dengan mekanisme Permendagri Nomor 141 Tahun 2017 tentang tapal batas daerah dan penyesuaian konflik. Di sisi historis dan fakta menegaskan penetapan Perwali telah merusak adat dan kebudayaan.
“Seharusnya tiap kebijakan maupun produk hukum, itu wajib hukumnya pemerintah melakukan sosialisasi, dengan tujuan terciptanya pemerintahan yang baik,” tegasnya.
Karena itu, massa aksi mendesak Wali Kota Ternate, M. Tauhid Soleman, untuk mencabut dan merevisi Perwali Nomor 53 Tahun 2017 dengan fakta sejarah. Kemudian menetapkan tapal batas Kelurahan Sulamadaha dan Kelurahan Takome sesuai dengan jarak masuk jalan menuju Jikomalamo arah utara, dengan jarak 350 meter. (udi/tan)
