PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara, Dade Ruskandar, menerima piagam penghargaan dari Direktur Utama Perum Bulog, Budi Waseso, atas upaya penyelematan aset Negara.
“Piagam itu kami terima dari Dirut Perum Bulog dalam upaya penyelamatkan aset Negara milik Perum Bulog berupa tanah beberapa waktu lalu di Ambon,” kata Kajati Malut, Dade Ruskandar kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Rabu (7/12).
Menurut dia, penyerahan piagam tersebut dilakukan di Ambon, Kamis (1/12) kemarin. Namun ia tidak sempat hadir. Nanti pada Selasa (6/12) kemarin, barulah diserahkan langsung pihak Bulog ke Kantor Kejati Malut dan diterima langsung oleh dirinya.
Dade menambahkan, penghargan itu diterima karena Kejati Maluku Utara diberikan surat kuasa khusus (SKK) sebagai Jaksa Pengacara Negara (JPN) untuk menyelesaikan masalah tanah yang ada di Kelurahan Salahuddin, Kecamatan Ternate Tengah, Kota Ternate. Atas dasar surat tersebut, pihaknya turun ke lapangan untuk menyelesaikannya.
“Sekarang tinggal pengurusan surat-surat dari Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN), tapi itu adminitrasi saja. Tanah itu sekarang sudah kembali ke Bulog dan tidak ada lagi masalah,” jelasnya. (gon/ask)
