PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun, Polda Maluku Utara telah memecat 25 personelnya. 25 anggota ini diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat (PTDH) lantaran melanggar kode etik profesi.
Diantara 25 Personel yang dipecat, dua diantaranya merupakan perwira menengah (Pamen) dan perwira pertama (Pama).
Kapolda Maluku Utara, Irjen Pol Midi Siswoko mengungkapkan, jumlah pelanggaran disiplin personel Polda Maluku Utara dan jajaran tahun 2022 sebanyak 129 kasus. Sedangkan untuk pelanggaran kode etik profesi Polri (KEPP) sebanyak 61 kasus.
“Ini sesuai dengan komitmen
dari pimpinan Polri, jadi tidak ada tebang pilih. Kalau personel salah diberikan punishment, dan baik diberikan reward,” tegasnya dalam konferensi pers akhir tahun 2022 Polda Malut, Jumat (30/12).
Kata dia, untuk penyelesaian perkara pelanggaran disiplin tahun 2022 sebanyak 109 kasus atau 84 persen, dan penyelesaian pelanggaran KEPP sebanyak 42 kasus atau 67 persen.
Sebagai wujud komitmen reward dan punishment, pada tahun 2022 Polda telah melakukan PTDH sebanyak 8 personel. Ini terdiri dari satu Pamen berpangkat AKBP dengan kasus dugaan perselingkuhan dan Pama berpangkat IPDA dengan kasus nikah tanpa izin. Sementara empat Bintara dan dua orang Tamtama Polri juga dipecat karena melanggar kode etik profesi Polri.
Dengan demikian, terhitung sejak tahun 2020 hingga 2022 ini, sebanyak 25 personel telah di-PTDH. Di mana pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 9 personel dipecat, tahun 2021 sebanyak 8 personel dan tahun 2022 juga 8 personel.
“Sehingga pada hari ini 30 Desember 2022 kita melakukan upacara PTDH terhadap 25 personel yang bermasalah,” jelasnya.
Jenderal bintang dua ini juga menambahkan untuk bidang pembinaan SDM (Sumber daya manusia) sepanjang tahun 2022, pihaknya telah memberikan penghargaan kepada 75 personel yang berprestasi dan memiliki dedikasi yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugas mengabdikan diri kepada masyarakat, bangsa dan Negara.
