PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara akan mengambil langkah tegas terhadap tenaga kesehatan yang masih melakukan aksi di RSUD Chasan Boesorie dan memboikot pelayanan.
Tidak hanya sanksi yang diberikan kepada para Nakes, Pemprov juga akan menggiring hal tersebut jalur hukum.
Ketegasan ini disampaikan Gubernur Abdul Gani Kasuba usai melakukan pertemuan dengan pimpinan DPRD Malut yang berlangsung di Sahid Bela Hotel di Ternate, Minggu (22/1) malam tadi.
“Yang demo di RSUD ini adalah ASN, sementara mereka punya aturan tersendiri. Aksi di rumah sakit itu berbahaya sekali. Kalau masyarakat yang demo atau honorer segala macam, tapi ini ASN yang demo. Mereka punya gaji tersendiri, peraturan tersendiri. Jadi kalau mereka yang merusak apa boleh buat. Akan peraturan yang menindak mereka,” ujarnya.
Sehingga itu, lanjut Gubernur, Pemprov dan DPRD sudah sepakat berkoordinasi dengan pihak Polda untuk untuk segera mengatasi aksi yang dilakukan tenaga kesehatan di RSUD.
“Kita sudah putuskan bersama DPRD, polisi harus mengamankan dulu rumah sakit. Kalau ada yang mati siapa yang bertanggung jawab? Jadi harus ada pengamanan. Kalau mereka tidak mau juga apa boleh buat. Kita juga akan ke hukum,” tegasnya.
“Saya sebenarnya kasihan, tapi kalau sudah berlebihan, kemudian dipecat bagaimana? Saya terus terang kalau dipecat tidak berani. Apalagi pegawai negeri ini berjuang menjadi ASN kan susah,” sambutannya.
Sementara Sekretaris Daerah Malut, Samsudin A. Kadir menambahkan, selaku pembina ASN, pihaknya secepatnya akan mengambil tindakan, karena yang dilakukan Nakes ini merugikan masyarakat.
“Dari DPRD minta ke kita harus ambil langkah dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang mengatur tentang ASN. Itu akan kita lakukan, karena konsekuensi yang dilakukan melanggar undang-undang terkait tempat demonstrasi. Kemudian ini merugikan masyarakat secara umum. Ini juga kita ambil langkah. Harus ditegakkan terkait dengan kode etik pegawai negeri,” pungkasnya. (ano/ask)
