PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Polres Kabupaten Halmahera Utara, mengungkapkan sosok pria yang nyaris diamuk warga setempat lantaran disangka penculik anak. Usut punya usut, pria yang diketahui bernama Aa (45 tahun) ini ternyata orang dalam gangguan jiwa (ODGJ).
Kapolres Halut, AKBP Moh. Zulfikar Iskandar, mengatakan bahwa pelaku atas nama Aa, yang bersangkutan mengalami pengobatan jiwa sejak 2015 sampai sekarang sesuai dengan surat yang dikeluarkan dari Dinas Kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Wawangrewu dengan nomor surat: 800/093.pus.wr.
“Untuk itu, kami secara tegas mengimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat Halut agar tidak mudah terprovokasi dengan isu-isu yang beredar luas,” imbuhnya, Rabu (1/2).
Julfikar pun meminta kepada para orang tua agar membatasi anak yang memakai perhiasaan seperti kalung, cincin, anting dan perhiasaan lainnya.
” Anak anak harus dibatasi memakai perhiasan. Hal ini untuk menghindari hal-hal buruk, seperti penculikan,” katanya.
Polres Halut sementara berkoordinasi dengan Polres setempat, paguyuban Sulsel untuk memulangkan terduga pelaku. Ini karena keluarga terduga pelaku tidak memiliki biaya untuk memulangkan yang bersangkutan.
Sementara barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan, yakni uang mainan yang sudah dilaminating dengan rincian, Rp 100 ribu 27 lembar, Rp 75 ribu 11 lembar, Rp 50 ribu 5 lembar, dan Rp 20 ribu 6 lembar.
Kemudian Rp 10 ribu 4 lembar, Rp ribu 4 lembar, Rp 2 ribu 2 lembar dan seribu 2 lembar, totalny 3.959.000.00. Sedangkan uang mainan yang belum dilaminating dengan rincian Rp 100 ribu 40 lembar, Rp 75 ribu 17 lembar, Rp 50 ribu 2 lembar dan Rp 20 ribu 3 lembar, sehingga totalny 5.435.000.00.
Sebelumnya, seorang pria di Tobelo, Kabupaten Halmahera Utara, terpaksa diamankan pihak kepolisian setempat. Pria yang belum diketahui identitasnya itu nyaris diamuk warga setempat lantaran disangka penculik anak.
Kasi Humas Polres Halut, Iptu Kolombus Guduru menjelaskan, pria tersebut awalnya mendatangi salah satu pedagang di Pasar Baru, Desa Wosia, Kecamatan Tobelo, untuk meminta sumbangan. Hanya saja pedangan tersebut tidak memberikan dan meminta pelaku menunjukkan surat keterangan atau surat izin meminta sumbangan dari desa.
“Pria itu kemudian pergi. Pedagang tersebut merasa ada yang aneh dan meminta warga sekitar untuk mengamankan pelaku. Saat diamankan, kemudian diperiksa dan didapatlah uang mainan dan rantai di dalam dos yang dibawanya,” ujarnya, Selasa (31/1).
“Warga curiga pelaku ini penculik anak. Untung petugas cepat mengamankannya,” sambungnya.
Saat ini, kata Gurudu, pria tersebut saat ini masih menjalani pemeriksaan.
“Keterangannya juga berubah-ubah. Sehingga kita akan berkoordinasi dengan pihak rumah sakit untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kejiwaannya,” tandasnya. (fnc/tan)
