PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, Syahril Abdul Radjak, diperiksa tim penyelidik bidang tindak pidana khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara, Kamis (16/11) kemarin.
Syahril diperiksa terkait dugaan korupsi penggunaan pinjaman Pemkab Halbar senilai 159 miliar melalui Bank Maluku-Malut tahun 2018 lalu.
Pemeriksaan Syahril ini dibenarkan Asisten Tindak Pidana Khsusus (Aspidsus) Kejati Malut, Ardian, kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Jumat (17/11).
Syahril diperiksa oleh tim penyelidik selama 8 jam dan dicecar 21 pertanyaan seputar tugas dan tanggung jawab selaku Sekda Halbar sekaligus Ketua TAPD.
“Dia (Syahril) sudah diperiksa pada Kamis kemarin,” ujar Ardian.
Menurutnya, siapa saja yang dibutuhkan keterangannya oleh penyidik dalam kasus ini akan dipanggil.
“Sekarang penyidik lagi kumpulkam bukti-bukti, salah satu buktinya kerugian keuangan negara. Kita masih fokus kumpulkan bukti-bukti perhitungan kerugian negara oleh BPK RI,” ungkapnya.
Setelah itu bukti kerugian negara dikantongi, barulah penyidik akan menetapkan tersangkanya.
“Tahap sekarang masih kita kumpulkan bukti-bukti yang dibutuhkan oleh auditor BPK. Soal siapa-siapa calon tersangka, nanti diajukan oleh penyidik,” pungkasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, pinjaman Pemkab Halbar di Bank Maluku-Malut senilai 159,5 miliar lebih untuk percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan di Halbar pada tahun 2018 lalu itu di masa kepemimpinan Bupati Dany Missy dan Wakil Bupati Zakir Mando. Kasus tersebut saat ini sudah dalam tahap penyidikan. (gon/ask)
