PENA – Empat orang tersangka diciduk tim Reserse Mobile (Resmob) Polsek Ternate Utara. Mereka merupakan tersangka kasus dugaan tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika masing-masing atas nama FR alias Ardian, MARD alias Rifai, EA alias Eno dan RFH alias Is.
Dari empat tersangka itu, EA alias Eno (30) merupakan tersangka dengan barang bukti terbanyak yaitu sebanyak 101 sachet ganja kering siap edar atau seberat 200 gram.
Eno ditangkap di rumah keluarganya kelurahan Tabam, Ternate Utara pada Selasa (12/5) sekitar pukul 04.30 WIT. Dari hasil interogasi, tersangka Eno mengaku masih menyembunyikan ganja kering sebanyak 101 sachet di rumahnya di kelurahan Sango. Tersangka Eno dan barang bukti ganja tersebut langsung dibawa ke kantor Polsek Ternate Utara untuk dilakukan pengembangan lebih jauh.
“Untuk jaringannya dan barang bukti ini didapat dari mana, kami masih lakukan penyelidikan,” kata Kapolres Ternate, AKBP Azhari Juanda saat memimpin konferensi pers, Rabu (13/5).
Atas perbuatan itu, Eno dikenakan Pasal 114 ayat 1 Sub Pasal 111 ayat 1 dan Pasal 127 ayat 1 huruf a Undang Undang nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman 5 sampai 20 tahun penjara.
“Eno adalah pengedar atau bandar,” ujar Kapolres.
Menurut Kapolres, selain informasi dari masyarakat, penangkapan Eno juga dilakukan atas pengembangan dari tersangka FR alias Ardian dan MARD alias Rifai. Kedua tersangka ini ditangkap di kelurahan Salero Kota Ternate pada 11 Mei 2020 sekitar pukul 22.30 WIT. Di tangan kedua tersangka ini turut diamankan barang bukti berupa satu linting rokok yang berisik daun ganja kering siap pakai, satu buah batang rokok merk Dji Sam Soe yang berisi campuran tembakau dan daun ganja kering, satu buah pembungkus rokok Dji Sam Soe dan satu unit telepon genggam kecil merk Samsung Duos warna hitam.
“Kedua tersangka ini dikenakan Pasal 111 ayat 1 dan Pasal 127 ayat 1 UU nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika,” ujar Kapolres.
Sedangkan pada 12 Mei 2020, tim unit Resmob Polsek Ternate Utara juga mengamankan satu tersangka narkoba jenis ganja yakni tersangka RFH alias Is. Ia ditangkap di kelurahan Toboleu sekitar pukul 03.00 WIT. Di tangannya turut diamankan barang bukti berupa dua buah bungkusan kertas warna coklat berisi daun ganja kering dan satu sachet bening berisi daun ganja kering.
Tersangka dikenakan Pasal 114 ayat (1) sub Pasal 111 ayat (1) sub Pasal 127 ayat (1) huruf a UU Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. (*)
