PENA – Pasca dibubarkannya Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi (LPJK) di Provinsi Maluku Utara beberapa waktu lalu menyebabkan kekosongan pada lembaga yang memiliki kewenangan untuk proses sertifikasi badan usaha jasa konstruksi. Ini menyusul belum terbentuknya Lembaga Sertifikasi Badan Usaha (LSBU).
Untuk mengisi kekosongan tersebut, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umu dan Perumahan Rakyat (Kemen PUPR) menerbitkan Surat Edaran Nomor: 30/SE/M/2020 tentang Transisi Layanan Sertifikasi Badan Usaha dan Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kerja Jasa Konstruksi yang berlaku sampai dengan 31 Desember 2021.
Menindaklanjuti surat edaran tersebut, Dewan Pengurus Pusat (DPP) Gapeksindo berencana menggelar Rapat Koordinasi Nasional (Rakornas) melalui surat Nomor: 02/INT/DPP-GPS/I/2021, tertanggal 27 Januari 2021. Ketua Umum DPP Gapeksindo, Ir. Irwan Kartiwan mengundang Pimpinan DPD Gapeksindo se-Indonesia untuk rapat koordinasi melalui Zoom Meeting, Kamis (4/2) besok.
“Rakornas ini pada prinsipnya untuk menyatukan persepsi tentang proses sertifikasi badan usaha jasa konstruksi pasca diterbitkannya surat edaran Menteri PUPR,” kata Ketua DPD Gapkesindo Malut, Saldy Karie, melalui rilis yang diterima, Rabu (3/2).
Ia bilang, Gapeksindo Malut berharap agar setelah Rakornas, pihaknya dapat memulai pelayanan terhadap anggotanya. “Sebagai informasi saja bahwa kepada anggota Gapeksindo Malut dan seluruh perusahan jasa konstruksi pada umumnya bahwa proses sertifikasi sudah bisa dilaksanakan,” jelasnya menutup. (*)
