PENA – Jelang Pemungutan Suara Ulang (PSU) pada Pilkada Kabupaten Halmahera Utara yang akan dilaksanakan pada Rabu (28/4) lusa, pengamanan di lokasi PSU terus diperketat.
Ini terlihat dari rapat koordinasi yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kabupaten Halut, Bawaslu dan KPU Kabupaten Halut, TNI/Polri dan masing pasangan calon yang berlangsung di Kantor Bupati Halut, Senin (26/4).
Rapat koordinasi yang membahas kesiapan pelaksanaan PSU ini dipimpin Pj. Bupati Halut Saifuddin Juba dan Karo Ops Polda Malut Kombes (Pol) Juwari.
Pj. Bupati Halut pada kesempatan itu menekankan kepada PNS agar bertindak netral terhadap pelaksanaan PSU. Sebab PNS tidak bisa terlibat dalam politik praktis.
“PNS tidak boleh terlibat politik praktis. Jika ada PNS yang terlibat politik praktis, tentu akan diberikan sanksi, karena ada aturannya,” tegasnya.
Soal keamanan, Kepala Biro Pengadaan Badang dan Jasa Pemprov Malut itu mengatakan bahwa pihaknya akan terus bersama TNI/Polri untuk melakukan pengamanan di wilayah PSU dan saat ini pengamanannya luar biasa.
Dia berharap kepada masyarakat agar selalu bersama-sama dengan pihak keamanan untuk msnjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat agar pelaksanaan PSU pada 28 April nanti berjalan aman dan lancar.
Sementara Karo Ops, Kombes (Pol) Juwari menyampaikan siaga keaman pelaksanaan PSU, pihak TNI/Polri sudah kerahkan seluruh keamanan dari H-5. Adapun pasukan yang diterjunkan itu yakni personel Polres Halut, Polda Malut, dan Kodim setempat yang ditempatkan pada titik-titik rawan.
“Setiap TPS kita jamin, karena ada pasukan pengamanan TPS. Kemudian personel PAM dan kekuatan memukul yaitu platon Dalmas maupun PH Brimob,” jelas Juwari.
Bahkan, kata dia, sesuai perintah Kapolda, setiap TPS akan dipantau dan dikendalikan Pejabat Utama Polda.
“Kita berharap agar PSU 28 April ini bisa berjalan aman dan lancar,” harapnya menutup. (fnc/red)
