PENA – Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Dinas Perhubungan (Kadishub) Halmahera Barat (Halbar) yang sebelumnya dijabat oleh Suwandi Hi Gani telah resmi diganti oleh Marthen Anthonius Baura.
Pergantian tersebut berdasarkan surat Perintah Pelaksana Tugas oleh Bupati Halbar dengan nomor: 835/391/IV/2021.
Sesuai isi surat bahwa untuk mengisi kekosongan pada jabatan Kepala Dinas pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, maka diperintahkan Marthen Anthonius Baura yang juga sebagai kepala Bidang Perhubungan Udara pada Dishub Kabupaten Halbar terhitung mulai tanggal 19 April 2021 Disamping jabatannya sebagai Kabid Perhubungan Udara juga melaksanakan tugas sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kadishub Halbar.
Marthen Anthonius Baura sendiri mengisi kekosongan sebagai Plt Kadishub menggantikan Plt Kadishub sebelumnya Suwandi Hi. Gani yang telah menjabat semenjak 26 Juni 2019 lalu. Suwandi kini kembali bertugas sebagai Sekretaris Dishub Halbar.
Hal itu dibenarkan oleh Bupati Halbar James Uang saat dikonfirmasi via WhatsApp Sabtu (01/05). Ia menyatakan, benar telah mengeluarkan surat perintah pergantian Pelaksana Tugas Kadishub Halbar tertanggal 19 April 2021 lalu.
Disentil terkait apakah keputusan tersebut melanggar Surat Edaran Mendagri nomor 273 tahun 2020 yang antara lain Kepala daerah yg di lantik jika sebelum 6 bulan terhitung paska pelantikan dilakukan pergantian pejabat harus mendapatkan izin tertulis dari Mendagri, Baik itu eselon II, III dan IV James menyebutkan bahwa itu hanya mengisi kekosongan.
“Keputusan itu tidak melanggar jadi saya berani lakukan,” tukasnya.
Ia juga berharap untuk Plt Kadishub yang baru menjabat dapat laksanakan tugas dengan sabaik-baiknya.
“Jabatan itu amanah. Karena tugas yang diemban itu demi daerah dan masyarakat Halbar. Karena itu setiap pejabat harus mampu menjalankan tugas-tugas yang dipercayakan sesuai dengan tupoksinya, sehingga cita cita mewujudkan kesejahteraan rakyat secara bertahap dapat di wujudkan melalui bidang tugas masing-masing,” jelas mantan anggota DPRD Halbar ini.
