PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Tabrakan maut terjadi di jembatan panjang desa Braha, kecamatan Jailolo Selatan, Halmahera Barat, Senin (17/5) kemarin. Tabrakan yang melibatkan mobil sedan dan sepeda motor ini menyebabkan satu korban bernama Radiah Alci Ansa (48), warga desa Hatebicara, kecamatan Jailolo, meninggal dunia.
Kasat Lantas Polres Halmahera Barat, AKP Ridwan Usman mengatakan, peristiwa itu terjadi pada Senin kemarin sekitar pukul 17.30 WIT. Sedan yang dikendarai Arfan Pamu bernomor polisi (nopol) DD 1550 ST bertabrakan dengan satu sepeda motor nopol DG 3591 MI milik Radiah yang saat itu sedang membonceng anaknya.
“Anak dari pengendara motor yang telah meninggal dunia ini mengalami patah tulang cukup serius. Sementara terkait penyebab kecelakan, hingga kini masih dalam penyelidikan,” aku Ridwan Usman.
Ridwan menambahkan, Satlantas Polres Halbar telah mengamankan barang bukti serta pengendara untuk diperiksa lebih lanjut.
“Untuk mobil yang terlibat kecelakaan, sementara masih diamankan di Pos Polisi Dodinga, sementara barang bukti lainnya telah kami amankan di Polres Halbar,” pungkasnya. (*)
