PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Gerai Indomaret bakal beroperasi di Kabupaten Halmahera Barat dalam waktu dekat. Bahkan rencana beroperasinya perusahaan ritel ini telah mendapat persetujuan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat.
Rencana pembukaan gerai Indomaret ini disampaikan langsung pihak Management Indomaret cabang Manado saat bertemu Bupati Halbar, James Uang, belum lama ini di Jailolo.
Bupati James dalam pertemuan dengan management Indomaret di kediaman dinasnya menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya sangat mendukung upaya Indomaret membuka gerainya di wilayah Halbar. Hadirnya Indomaret ini secara langsung akan memberi dampak positif bagi masyarakat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat yang lebih variatif.
“Pemkab akan memberi dukungan atas langkah pihak Indomaret untuk membuka gerai di Halmahera Barat dan akan memberikan kemudahan terutama pada akses perizinan, karena ini bentuk investasi bagi daerah,” ujarnya.
Saat ini, proses pembukaan gerai Indomarer ini sudah masuk pada tahapan perizinan. Ada sejumlah titik yeng telag disurvei dianggap memenuhi kriteria.
Sementara Kepala Dinas Perindagkop, Martinus Djawa, menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya telah diajukan kerjasama dengan Indomaret mulai dari pembukaan gerai hingga perikatan perekrutan karyawan.
“Ada sekitar 15 titik yang bakal dibuka gerai Indomaret, setiap gerai membutuhkan 8 karyawan. Jika dikalikan 15 gerai, maka terdapat 120 putra/putri daerah Halbar berusia produktif yang akan terserap tenaga kerjanya,” tukasnya.
Manager Indomaret Cabang Manado, Satrya Andi W. Deputi, menargetkan Indomaret akan beroperasi penuh pada September 2021 nanti.
Pihaknya telah menyiapkan segala kebutuhan rencana pembukaan gerai Indomaret seperti data survei, perizinan, dan bahkan tahapan rekrutmen karyawan. Soal perekrutan karyawan, pihak Indomarer bakal bekerjasama dengan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Halbar.
“Jadi sebelum dipekerjakan, para karyawan akan kita beri training atau pelatihan,” jelasnya. (yadi/ask)
