PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Barat dalam waktu dekat bakal menetapkan tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi anggaran Dana Desa (DD) Bobane Dano, Kecamatan Jailolo Selatan.
Ini setelah kasus tersebut telah ditingkatkan statusnya dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan.
Kepala Kejari Halbar, Salomina M. Saliama menjelaskan, kasus dugaan korupsi DD Bobane Dano tahun anggaran 2017 sudah dinaikkan ke penyidikan.
“Sekarang kami masih dalam tahap proses penyidikan. Dalam jangka waktu dua minggu ke depan, kami bakal lakukan penetapan tersangka dan langsung diekspos,” terang Salomina saat konferensi pers yang berlangsung di Kantor Kejari Halbar, Rabu (21/7) tadi.
Ia juga menyebut ada beberapa pengumpulan bahan keterangan (Pulbaket) dugaan korupsi yang sedang didalami Kejari Halbar, namun belum bisa diekspos ke media.
Sementara Kepala Seksi Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Halbar, Galih Martino, yang dikonfirmasi terpisah mengatakan total kerugian negara penyalahgunaan DD Bobane Dano kurang lebih 200 juta.
Ini berdasarkan laporan hasil pemeriksaan (LHP) oleh Inspektorat kepada Kejari Halbar pada September 2020 lalu.
“Sudah ada kerugian negaranya, nilainya sekitar 200 juta,” singkat Galih. (yadi/ask)
