PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Tunggakan pajak kendaraan dinas milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat sampai saat ini belum terbayar. Tunggakan pajak kendaraan dinas di Pemkab Halbar senilai 564 juta.
“Tunggakan pajak kendaraan dinas paling dominasu di Dinas Kesehatan Halbar,” Kepala UPTB Samsat Halbar, Afrida Durado saat dikonfirmasi di ruang kerjanya, Senin (9/8).
Pihaknya, kata dia, mengalami kendala saat melakukan penagihan tunggakan pajak kendaraan tersebut. Ini disebabkan kendaraan itu tidak memiliki buku kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor (BPKB). Selain itu, danya faktor kelalaian lain.
“60 sampai 70 persen itu karena faktor kelalaian. Sementara 30 persen lainnya adalah pengadaan memakai jasa pihak ketiga, sehingga tidak disiplin. Jadi BPKB-nya tidak ada,” ujarnya.
Ia menegaskan jika tidak ada BPKB, maka itu tidak ada solusi untuk perpanjang. Namun pihaknya akan mencoba cari solusi agar 30 persen itu masuk dalam tunggakan, karena itu sangat mempengaruhi neraca target tiap tahunnya.
Afrida mengaku sudah menyurat berulangkali ke Pemkab Halbar, namun tidak ada progres pembayaran dari Pemkab.
“Mereka bayar hanya yang aktif-aktif pajak-nya. Kesulitan kami di sini dalam mengidentifikasi, karena kepemilikan kendaraan sendiri atas nama Pemkab Halbar bukan dinas-dinas terkait,” ucapnya. (adi/ask)
