PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Lomba bertutur tingkat sekolah dasar (SD) dan madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula selesai dilaksanakan.
Nursabila Jawa, keluar sebagai pemenang pada lomba yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun itu oleh Perpustakaan dan Arsip Nasional (ANRI).
Nursabila akan mengikuti lomba bertutur di tingkat Provinsi Maluku Utata.
Kepala bidang Pengelola Pengembangan dan Pelestarian pada Dinas Perpustakaan Sula, Ridwan Umasangaji mengatakan, lomba ini sudah menjadi agenda nasional yang dilaksanakan oleh semua kabupaten/kota hingga provinsi.
Ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) generasi muda melalui peningkatan dan pengembangan minat literasi.
Untuk tingkat Kabupaten Sula, minat dan animo peserta dalam lomba ini masih sangat kurang dari yang ditargetkan. Kendala yang dihadapi panitia adalah ketersediaan anggaran.
“Animo peserta lomba sangat minim, kemarin yang ikut hanya 15 peserta. Padahal anak SD dan MI kelas 3 sampai kelas 5 sangat banyak,” ujarnya.
Selain anggaran, lanjut dia, kondisi pandemi menjadi salah satu alasan kuat prminat lomba ini sangat minim. Meski demikian, ia berharap lomba bertutur yang dilaksanakan di tingkat provinsi dapat berjalan lancar dan sukses. (ish/ask)
