PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Ditengah pandemi Covid-19 dan pemberlakuan pembatasan PPKM, membuat aktivitas masyarakat menjadi berkurang. Hal ini tentu berdampak pada pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat.
Sebagai bentuk keprihatinan terhadap dampak dari pandemi ini, Garda Pemuda Nasdem dan DPD Partai Nasdem Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan turut bagian meringankan beban warga dengan membagikan sembako.
Pembagian sembako kepada warga itu dilakukan di Desa Sayoang dan Desa Babang, Kecamatan Bacan Timur, Jumat (27/8) tadi.
Ketua Garda Pemuda Nasdem Halsel, Nicholas Kurama disela-sela pembagian sembako ini menyampaikan, penyaluran sembako kepada warga kurang mampu adalah bagian dari program Garda Pemuda Nasdem mulai dari pusat sampai ke daerah.
Ia berharap, bantuan yang diberikan itu meski hanya sedikit, semoga bermanfaat kebutuhan warga.
“Mudah-mudahan dengan bantuan ini, kitorang pe hubungan kekeluargaan dan silaturahmi tetap terbangun di masa pandemi ini,” harap Wakil Ketua Komisi II DPRD Halsel itu.
Sementara Ketua DPD Partai Nasdem Halsel, Akmal Ibrahim menambahkan, pembagian sembako ini merupakan semangat Nasdem untuk berbagi bersama warga di tengah pandemi.
“Sudah hampir 2 tahun covid melanda kita semua. DPP Partai Nasdem bersama dengan Pemuda Nasdem kemudian membuat satu program dengan nama berbagi. Makanya hari ini kami datang bertemu dengan bapak dan ibu untuk menyalurkan sedikit bantuan sembako,” tuturnya dihadap warga.
Ketua Komisi I DPRD Halsel ini juga memberikan pesan kepada warga dua desa ini agar tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam aktivitas kesehariannya.
“Jangan lupa memakai masker, menjaga jarak, selalu menjaga kesehatan, supaya bisa sehat dan terhindar dari virus corona. Semoga dengan sedikit bantuan ini bisa memenuhi kebutuhan bapak ibu semua,” tukasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, pembagian sembako ini juga dilakukan dengan prokes covid yang ketat. (rul/ask)
