PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – KM Simba I yang mengalami patah kemudi di perairan Mangoli, Sanan, saat hendak menuju ke Ternate beberapa waktu lalu mulai mengembalikan barang kiriman maupun harga tiket penumpang.
PT Aksar Saputra Air Lines, melalui agen KM.Simba I, Saman Fakaaya mengatakan, pihak agen tetap akan bertanggung jawab terhadap barang bawaan penumpang dan segera mengembalikan harga tiket penumpang, termasuk barang kiriman.
“Kami sudah lakukan pengembalian barang bawaan penumpang dan barang kiriman penumpang. Pengirim bisa datang ke kantor kami kemudian menunjukkan nomor kiriman dan melihat barang bawaannya dengan menunjukkan identitasnya, setelah itu kami dokumentasikan sebagai langkah ikhtiar, jangan sampai barangnya salah ambil atau tertukar,” ujarnya saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Jumat (17/9).
Sedangkan harga tiket penumpang, kata Saman, sebagian besar sudah dikembalikan ke penumpang dan untuk yang belum, sementara diproses.
Ia bilang, jumlah penumpang yang tercatat dalam manifest sebanyak 233 orang. Mereka sudah dikembalikan tiketnya. Untuk penumpang rute Falabisahaya-Ternate sebanyak 43 orang, dan 23 orang diantaranya sudah dikembalikan tiketnya. Untuk 20 orang yang belum dikembalikan, akan diupaya pihak agen untuk dikembalikan secepatnya.
Saman memastikan paling lambat Senin ini sudah dikembalikan semua harga tiketnya. Begitu juga untuk harga tiket penumpang yang tidak terdaftar di manifest. Sementara ini masih didata jumlah penumpang yang tidak terdaftar di manifest.
“Kita juga saat ini masih menunggu uang tiket yang dikirim melalui KM Bunda Maria yang diperkirakan tiba di Sanana pada Senin besok,” jelasnya.
Sebelumnya, salah satu penumpang dari Falabisahaya mengeluhkan bahwa ia sudah beberapa kali mendatangi pihak agen untuk mengurus pengembalian tiket, namun tidak direspons.
Ia berharap pihak agen mendengar keluhannya itu dan segera mengembalikan uang tiketnya. (ish/ask)
