PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Ada ada saja beralasan untuk melancarkan pengurusan administrasi pencairan Gaji Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSUD) Kota Maba Halmahera Timur, salah satu oknum bendahara Gaji, berinisial (RM) nekat memangkas gaji (Rapel-red) para CPNS tersebut.
Informasi yang diterima media ini, akibat ulah bendahara tersebut, para CPNS terpaksa melaporkan ke Ombusman Maluku Utara untuk diproses.
Kepada awak Media, Direktur RSUD Kota Maba, M Natsir, membenarkan jika bendahara Gaji RSUD Kota Maba memangkas gaji yang dibayar sekaligus dengan besaran per CPNS sebesar Rp 150 ribu.
“Iya benar, ada salah satu bendahara kita yang katanya memotong anggaran rapel para CPNS,” ujar Natsir, Senin (20/09).
Kata dia, setelah didatangi pihak Ombusman, pihaknya bersama para CPNS bersepakat untuk anggaran yang dilakukan pemotongan oleh bendahara dikembalikan kepada para CPNS.
“Jadi sudah dikembalikan semuanya, itu disepakati bersma Ombusman,” katanya.
Dikatakannya, sebanyak 17 dari 21 CPNS yang jadi korban pemangkasan oleh oknum bendahara sehingga total yang dipotong sebesar Rp.2.550.000.
“Tapi semua sudah dikembalikan oleh yang bersangkutan sehingga sudah selesai,” ujar Natsir.
Untuk permasalahan tersebut, Natsir mengaku tidak dilakukan oleh manajemen RSUD secara kelembagaan namun dilakukan secara pribadi.
“Jadi pemotongan itu bukan dari managemen RSUD, tapi secara pribadi, daya juga tidak tahu ketika Ombusman datang kiranya cuman kunjugan padahal ada masalah ini,” katanya.
Sementara itu, dirinya berharap agar permasalahan seperti ini tidak lagi terjadi didalam RSUD kota Maba karena memalukan nama baik RSUD maupun nama baik pemerintah Daerah. “Kita berharap agar hal seperti ini tidak lagi terjadi, karna memalukan nama baik RSUD maupun Pemerintah Daerah,” pungkasnya.(mdf)
