PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN) menyurati Bupati Halmahera Barat, James Uang, untuk memberikan klarifikasinya atas aduan 8 pejabat yang dinonjobkan belum lama ini.
Surat undangan klarifikasi dari KASN bernomor: UND-629/KASN/9/2021 yang ditujukan kepada Bupati Halbar tertanggal 14 September 2021 itu berisi tentang tindaklanjut laporan pengaduan masyarakat atas dugaan pelanggaran dalam pemberhentian dalam jabatan pimpinan tinggi pratama di lingkungan Pemkab Halbar.
KASN meminta kepada Bupati James Uang untuk menugaskan kepada Kepala Badan Kepegawaian serta pejabat terkait yang memahami permasalahan tersebut untuk hadir memberikan klarifikasi pada Rabu (22/9) esok via zoom dengan mempersiapkan seluruh dokumen terkait hal tersebut.
Sementara Kepala BKD Halbar, Fransiska Renjaan menyatakan bahwa Bupati telah memerintahkan dirinya untuk mempersiapkan dokumen terkait untuk dilakukan klarifikasi besok.
“Ini bukan Bupati dapat teguran, tetapi undangan klarifikasi dari KASN. Jadi besok kami siap untuk menyampaikan klarifikasi,” jelas mantan Kepala Dinas PPPA Halbar itu kepada wartawan, Selasa (21/9) tadi.
Sekadar diketahui, 8 pejabat diberhentikan dalam jabatannya pada Senin (6/9) lalu Melalui Surat Keputusan (SK) Bupati Halmahera Barat Nomor: 157/KPTS/IX/2021.
Mereka yang dinonjobkan itu adalah Totari Balatjai (Kadis Pertanian), M. Yusuf (Kadis Ketahanan Pangan), Wawan MT. Ali (Kasat Pol PP dan Damkar), Plemon Piuw (Kadis Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan), Samsudin Senen (Kadis PTSP), Vence Muluwere (Asisten I), Fredik Budiman (Staf Ahli Bidang Pemerintahan), dan Bobby Jumati (Staf Ahli Bidang Kemasyarakat dan SDM).
