Sekretaris Panitia, Zainudin Hi. Gafur mengatakan, turnamen sepak bola usia 40 ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka menyongsong era kenormalan baru atau New Normal. Di mana diperlukannya adaptasi, maka olahraga menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh, termasuk olahraga sepak bola.
Sepak bola, kata dia, merupakan salah satu olahraga yang membuat seluruh tubuh ikut bergerak. Mampu meningkatkan kapasitas aerobik, membuat kesehatan Kardiovaskuler lebih baik, meningkatkan kinerja otak dan memaksimalkan kekebalan imun agar tubuh tetap sehat dan bugar. Sehingga terhindar dari segala macam penyakit termasuk covid.
“Untuk itu, kami masyarakat Gambesi melaksanakan turnamen sepak bola ini bertempat di Olympic Stadion, Kelurahan Gambesi, Kecamatan Ternate Selatan, Kota Ternate,” kata Zainudin kepada wartan, Selasa (21/9).
Selain itu, dalam turnamen ini, pihaknya juga melakukan penggalangan dana untuk kelanjutan pembangunan Masjid Nurussyafa’ah Kelurahan Gambesi.
“Untuk memeriahkan kegiatan dimaksud, kami mengundang samua klub, instansi maupun komunitas untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan dimaksud. Syaratnya pesert klub yang mendaftar harus berada di kabupaten/kota di Maluku Utara, dengan pendaftaran 5 juta,” ujarnya.
“Turnamen ini memperebutkan total bonus sebesar 40 juta rupiah,” sambung Zainudin.
Ia bilang, untuk peserta yang mau mendaftar, segera mendatangi Sekretariat Panitia di Kantor Lurah Gambesi atau menghubungi panitia lewat nomor telepon 081320033690.
