PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Anggota DPRD Halmahera Barat, Tamin Ilan Abanun, mendukung langkah Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kadikbud) Halbar, Harun Kasim, terkait rencana merger sekolah.
Tamin yang juga Ketua Bapemperda DPRD ini sangat mengapresiasi rencana tersebut.
“Rencana merger sekolah dengan melibatkan masyarakat adalah langkah cerdas Kadikbud. Mendengar masukan baik para guru dan masyarakat dalam hal ini orang tua murid yang sekolahnya akan dimerger menurut itu sudah tepat,” ujarnya kepada wartawan, Senin (27/9).
Dosen Ilmu Politik UMMU Ternate ini menyebut kebijakan merger sekolah jika sudah terealisasi, maka nantinya dibentuk menjadi produk hukum daerah. Produk hukum daerah yang terencana dan terpadu berdasarkan Permendagri Nomor 120 tahun 2018 adalah produk hukum yang berbentuk peraturan yang meliputi Perda, Perkada, Peraturan DPRD dan berbentuk keputusan yang meliputi keputusan kepala daerah, keputusan DPRD, keputusan pimpinan DPRD dan keputusan Badan Kehormatan DPRD.
Dengan sandaran inilah, maka kebijakan merger sekolah tidak asal dibuat, tapi harus berdasar. Artinya harus sesuai dengan perintah perundang-undangan dan juga harus mendengar aspirasi masyarakat.
“Rencana ini seiring dengan 9 langkah aksi yang terangkum dalam semboyan JUJUR dalam menDiahi Halbar, salah satunya adalah Halbar pintar,” tukasnya. (adi/ask)
