PENAMALUT.COM, TALIABU – Pemerintah Kabupaten Taliabu melalui Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) belum mencairkan anggaran dana desa (ADD) tahap dua di 10 desa.
“Ada sekitar 10 desa yang belum dicairkan anggarannya. Kami sudah bolak balik, tapi alasannya belum cair,” kata salah kepala desa yang enggan menyebut namanya.
Kata dia, permintaan untuk pencairan sudah masuk di keuangan daerah beberapa waktu lalu. Namun sampai sekarang belum ada pencairan.
“Ini kayanya sudah pilih kasih. Kenapa 61 desa sudah dicairkan, sementara 10 desa ini belum. Padahal permintaan pencairan ini masuk sama-sama. Alasan keuangan bahwa Kas daerah kosong, padahal sejumlah kepala dinas perjalanan luar daerah terus,” kesalnya.
Ia bilang, saat ini sudah memasuk tahap ketiga dan sebentar lagi pengurusan permintaan pencairan untuk tahap ketiga. Sementara 10 desa ini tahap kedua beluk cair sama sekali.
“Masa anggaran tahap dua belum diselesaikan, ini sudah mau masuk permintaan tahap ketiga. Bagimana jadinya ini,” tandasnya.
Kepaka BPKPAD, Irwan Mansur, sudah beberapa kali wartawan mencoba mengonfirmasinya di kantor, namun yang bersangkutan tidak berada di tempat. Nomor telepon yang biasa digunakan juga tak aktif.
Amatan wartawan, sejumlah Kades yang menunggu informasi pencairan tak kunjung ada pemberitahuan. Mereka lantas kesal dengan sikap Kepala BPKPAD Taliabu ini. (ysn/ask)
