PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dalam rangka mempersiapkan agenda pelantikan kepengurusan pada Minggu (7/11) nanti, Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Barisan Pemuda Nusantara (Bapera) Provinsi Maluku utara (Malut) melakukan rapat konsolidasi internal pengurus.
Rapat konsolidasi ini berlangsung di Grand Hotel Majang Ternate, Kamis (4/11) malam tadi, dipimpin langsung Sekretaris Bapera Malut Iki Sukardi, Ketua Harian Hasiym Abdulkarim, dan Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan Muhammad Husen.
Sekretaris Bapera Malut, Iki Sukardi kepada wartawan mengatakan, pelantikan pengurus wilayah dan kabupaten/kota yang sementara dipimpin Edi Langkara harus dipersiapkan lebih matang. Sebab semua elemen masyarakat turut diundang dalam acara pelantikan nanti
“Renacan kemarin ada kelibatan pemuda kampung, kelurahan, elemen komunitas-komunitas motor dan mobil serta yang lainnya. Tetapi, itu kita tunda pada rapat berikut. Malam ini kita khususkan rapat internal Bapera kabupaten/kota dan provinsi. Agenda utamanya dalam rangka mempersiapkan pelantikan pengurus tanggal 7 nanti,” katanya.
Sementara Ketua Harian Bapera Malut, Hsiym Abdul Karim menambahkan, hal-hal utama yang dibicarakan rapat ini adalah memberikan gambaran ke seluruh pengurus tingkat provinsi dan kabupaten/kota terkait status dan tujuan program Bapera ke depan.
Selain itu, di instruksi kepada ketua sekretaris dan bendahara yang terbentuk di kabupaten/kota, selambat-lambatnya tanggal 23 Desember, kepengurusannya lengkap agar disampaikan ke pengurus provinsi.
“Supaya pada awal Januari 2022 kita sudah action melaksanakan program kerja dalam pemberdayaan kepada masyarakat. Karena kita ini baru, makanya sosialisasi juga AD/ART kepada teman-teman kepengurusan agar semua bisa memahami eksistensi dari Bapera ini,” ujarnya.
Hasyim juga menambahkan, kesiapan teknis pelantikan ini sudah capai 80 persen, mulai dari penjemputan hingga menuju prosesi pelantikan yang digelar di Royal Resto, Ternate.
Pada pra pelantikan tepat di Minggu pagi, dilaksanakan vaksinasi masal baik seluruh pengurus maupun masyarakat.
“Bagi masyarakat yang datang vaksin akan diganti biaya transportasinya. Setelah vaksinasi baru dilanjutkan pelantikan. Kemudian pada malamnya dilanjutkan penyerahan santunan di panti asuhan yang tersebar di Utara dan Selatan Kota Ternate,” jelasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, pada pelantikan nanti turut diundang Gubernur Malut, Ketua DPRD Provinsi, dan Forkopimda Malut. Begitu juga kepala daerah dan Ketua DPRD di delapan kabupaten/kota, oragnisasi OKP Cipayung dan seluruh elemen masyarakat. (ano/ask)
