PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara memberikan penyuluhan hukum kepada siswa/siswi di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Ternate, Rabu (17/11) tadi. Kegiatan Jaksa Masuk Sekolah ini melibatkan Forum Wartawan kejaksaan (Forwaka).
Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga mengungkapkan, ada dua point yang dibahas dalam penyuluhan hukum itu, yakni kenakalan remaja dan bijak bermedia sosial dipandang dari Undang-Undang ITE. Penyuluhan hukum yang diberikan ini sebagai langkah antisipasi, sehingga para pelajar dapat bijak dalam menggunakan sosial media.
Pada kesempatan itu, pihak Kejati juga memberikan penekanan terkait etika bermendos, manfaat dan dampak apa untuk bermedsos. Dengan kegiatan ini, baik siswa maupun masyarakat bisa terhindar dari jeratan hukum, serta dapat mengetahui risiko jika melakukan suatu perbuatan yang bertentangan.
“Kita berharapnkegiatan yang dilakukan ini bermanfaat buat adik-adik di sekolah, keluarga dan lingkungan,” harapnya.
Ia menambahkan, kegiatan di SMA Negeri 2 ini merupakan kegiatan Jaksa Masuk Sekolah yang terakhir.
Meski demikian, kegiatan penyuluhan hukum di kelurahan dan di kecamatan masih tetap dilaksanakan.
“Kegiatab penyuluhan hukum ini besok akan diadakan di Kantor Camat Ternate Barat. Untuk Jaksa masuk sekolah terakhir tahun ini tadi di SMA 2,” tukasnya.
Sebagai informasi, kegiatan Jaksa Masuk Sekolah di SMA Negeri 2 ini juga sekaligus dengan pembagian cendra mata alat tulis sekolah yang diserahkan secara simbolis oleh Kasipenkum Richarda Sinaga, Kasi A, dan Ketua Forwaka Malut Iswan Saleh. (gon/ask)
