PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Menjelang Natal dan tahun baru 2022 (Nataru), Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Utara melalui Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) akan menertibkan kafe di Kota Tobelo yang menjual minuman keras (Miras).
Kepala Dinas PTSP Halut, Muhlan Ando mengatakan, penertiban itu dilakukan dalam rangka mencegah terjadinya tingkat kriminalisasi di Halut. Ini karena hampir semua kafe di Tobelo mejual minum beralkohol melebihi stok yang sudah ditentukan.
“Masing-masing Kafe stoknya hanya 1000 dos per tahun. Tidak bisa lebih dari itu, karena itu sudah diatur sesuai dengan peraturan daerah (Perda),” kata saat ditemui wartawan, Selasa (30/11).
Padahal, kata Muhlan, pihaknya sudah menyampaikan kepada pemilik kafe penjual alkohol, namun tidak dihiraukan aturan yang sudah disampaikan.
“Untuk itu kita akan tertibkan dan juga akan memeriksa izin usaha kafe yang masa berlakunya sudah habis dan kafe yang sama sekali tidak memiliki izin usaha. Ada juga kafe yang izinnya sudah mati dan tidak lagi memperpanjang, dan apabila tidak diperpanjang, maka akan dikenakan sanksi berupa denda dan penutupan izin usaha,” tegasnya menutup. (fnc/ask)
