PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyidik Polres Halmahera Barat akhirnya menetapkan mantan Ketua dan Sekretaris KNPI Halbar, MM dan HB, sebagai tersangka atas kasus dugaan korupsi dana hibah tahun 2018.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Halbar, Iptu Ambo Wellang kepada wartawan mengungkapkan, setelah melewati proses penyeleidikan dan penyidikan yang panjang, eks Ketua dan Sekretaris KNPI Halbar akhirnya ditetapkan tersangka atas dana hibah senilai 350 juta rupiah.
Berdasarkan hasil audit BPK, terdapat kerugian negara sebesar 300 juta rupiah.
Setelah ditetapkan tersangka, mantan Sekretaris KNPI Halbar, HB, langsung dilakukan penahanan. Sementara mantan Ketua KNPI, MM, tidak di tahan karena yang bersangkutan sangat koperatif sewaktu pemanggilan.
“HB langsung ditahan, karena yang bersangkutan sangat tidak koperatif. Saat kita panggil beberapa kali dia tidak pernah datang, makanya langsung kita tahan,” ujar Ambo, Senin (20/12).
Ambo juga mengatakan, untuk tersangka HB ini diperiksa sejak Kamis 16 Desember 2021 lalu. Tersangka awalnya diperiksa sebagai saksi, selanjutnya dinaikkan statusnya ke tersangka dan kemudian ditahan.
“Untuk sementara kami tetapkan tersangka dua orang, tapi masih menunggu pengembangan hasil pemeriksaannya yang bersangkutan dua tersangka ini. Kalau memang ada dugaan tersangka lain, kami akan buat gelar kembali,” terangnya.
Sedangkan untuk bendahara KNPI, kata mantan Kapolsek Ternate Utara ini, dari hasil pemeriksan tidak terlibat, karena namanya yang dipakai. Bahkan dia sendiri tidak tahu masalah keuangan itu keluarnya bagaimana dan bentuknya seperti apa.
“Atas perbuatannya, keduanya dikenakan Pasal 2 ayat 1 dan Pasal 3 UU Nomor 31 tahun 1999 yang telah diubah menjadi UU Nomor 20 tahun 2021 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi, dengab ancaman hukumannya di atas 10 tahun penjara,” jelasnya.
Terpisah, mantan Sekertaris KNPI Halbar, HB, saat ditemui di Mapolres Halbar menegaskan akan membuka semua aliran dana hiba tersebut.
“Saya akan buka satu per satu yang terlibat dalam kasus dana hibah KNPI, karena saya tidak sendiri terlibat dalam kasus ini,” tegasnya. (adi/ask)
