PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Maluku Utara belum menahan dua pelaku kasus dugaan korupsi Irigasi Kaporo di Kepulauan Sula yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka belakangan ini.
Kedua tersangka yang belum ditahan itu yakni FP alias Fredi pelaksana pekerjaan yang juga anggota DPRD
Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula dan RK alias Razak selaku Direktur PT. Amarta Maha Karya.
Polda beralasan bahwa kedua tersangka ini belum ditahan lantaran koperatif.
“Kita lihat tingakat koperatif, sehingga belum dilakukan penahanan. Kedua tersangka baru ini masih koperatif. Kalau untuk dua tersangka sebelumnya sudah dilakukan penahanan,” kata Direktur Ditreskrimsus Polda Malut, Kombes (Pol) Alfriandi kepada wartawan media ini, Kamis (30/12) tadi.
Pihaknya, lanjut dia, juga masih melakan koordinasi dengan jaksa peneliti pada Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Malut menyangkut dengan berkas yang mau dilakukan tahap satu.
Alfriandi menargetkan berkas kasus tersebut akan dikirim pada Januari 2022 untuk kedua tersangka yang baru, sehingga sidangnya bersamaan dengan tersangka LK alias Lutfi mantan Kepala Dinas (Kadis) PUPR Sula yang juga sebagai Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (KPA) dan Sekertaris Dinas PUPR Sula Masykur selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK).
“Untuk berkas mantan Kadis dan PPK sudah dikirim lagi ke jaksa, tapi tergantung jaksa,” tukasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, Proyek yang dianggarkan dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) tahun 2018-2019 senilai 9 miliar lebih pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang dan Kawasan Permukiman (PUPRKP) itu diduga telah disalah gunakan. (gon/ask)
