PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Jaksa peneliti pada Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara masih meneliti berkas empat tersangka kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi (Tipikor) Irigasi Desa Kaporo, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula.
“Penyidik baru kembalikan berkas empat tersangka kasus irigasi pada Senin kemarin. Sekarang sedang diteliti jaksa,” kata Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga saat dikonfirmasi wartawan NMG, Rabu (12/1) siang tadi.
Kata Richard, berkas yang dikembalikan itu merupakan berkas tahap satu yang kedua kalinya diserahkan dari penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Mal Malut.
Sebelummya berkas tersebut sudah diserahkan ke jaksa, namun karena belum lengkap, sehingga jaksa mengembalikan (P19), dan sekarang diserahkan kembali oleh penyidik.
Dalam beberapa hari ke depan, lanjut Richard, jika berkasnya dinyatakan lengkap oleh jaksa peneliti, maka akan dilakukan P-21 kepada penyidik. Atas dasar P-21 kemudian penyidik akan melakukan pelimpahan tahap II untuk penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti ke Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU).
“Jika berkasnya belum lengkap akan dikembalikan ke penyidik untuk dipenuhi,” jelasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, proyek yang dianggarkan dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) tahun 2018-2019 senilai 9 miliar lebih pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang dan Kawasan Permukiman (PUPRKP) Sula itu diduga telah disalahgunakan.
Penyidik kemudian menetapkan 4 tersangka, yakni LK alias Lutfi mantan Kepala Dinas PUPRKP Sula yang juga sebagai Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (KPA), Sekertaris Dinas PUPR M alias Masykur selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK), FP alias Fredi selaku pelaksana pekerjaan yang juga anggota DPRD Sula, dan RK alias Razak selaku Direktur PT.
