PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dugaan persekongkolan yang dilakukan Balai Pelaksana Pemilihan Jasa Kontruksi (BP2JK) Maluku Utara dalam memenangkan perusahaan PT. Bumi Aceh Citra Persada atas paket pekerjaan penahan ombak pantai di Kabupaten Pulau Morotai senilai 43 miliar, direspons pihak Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Malut
Pasalnya, perusahaan tersebut sudah masuk daftat hitam (blacklist), namun masih saja ikut dalam tender dan memenangkan proyek tersebut. Bahkan sanksi perusahaan ini sudah ditayang melalui Portal Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP).
Kepala Kejati Malut, Dade Ruskandar, menegaskan bahwa pihaknya sudah mengetahui hal itu.
“Yang jelas ada perusahaan yang telah di-blacklist, tapi menangkan paket. Jadi aneh kan,” kata Dade Ruskandar saat diwawancarai wartawan Media ini, Selasa (18/1) sore kemarin.
Menurut dia, ada dugaan-dugaan, makanya pihaknya harus melakukan klarifikasi melalui tahap penyelidikan. Untuk itu, bidang Intelijen yang akan melaksanakan klarifikasi.
“Minggu ini sudah mulai jalan (penyelidikannya),” tandasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, PT. Bumi Aceh Citra Persada yang beralamat di Jl.T. Iskandar No. 88 – Banda Aceh masuk dalam daftar hitam (blacklist) dengan berlaku sanksi sejak 28 Desember 2021 sampai 28 Desember 2022 mendatang.
Namun anehnya, BP2JK Malut malah memenangkan perusahaan tersebut. Padahal proyek tersebut terdapat enam perusahaan yang ikut tender, termasuk PT. Bumi Aceh Citra Persada.
Informasinya, ada dugaan persekongkolan antara petinggi BP2JK untuk memenangkan perusahaan tersebut.
Proyek senilai 43 miliar itu melekat pada Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), Satuan Kerja SNVT Pelaksanaan Jaringan Sumber Air Maluku, Provinsi Maluku Utara. (gon/ask)
