Wali Kota Batalkan SK Dewas Perumda Ake Gaale yang Dilantik tanpa Seleksi

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Wali Kota Ternate, M. Tauhid Soleman, diketahui telah membatalkan surat keputusan (SK) pengangkatan salah satu anggota dewan pengawas (Dewas) Perumda Air Minun Ake Gaale yang dilantik tanpa melalui seleksi.

Diketahui, pelantikan Dewas Perumda Ake Gaale pada Selasa (19/1) kemarin, terdapat salah satu nama dari unsur pemerintah yang diangkat tanpa melalui seleksi, yakni Hasan Musana Matdoan.

Hal ini kemudian terjadi pro dan kontra di masyarakat dan DPRD Kota Ternate. Bahkan DPRD meminta agar SK tersebut dibatalkan.

Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah (BKPSDMD) Kota Ternate, Samin Marsaoly ketika dikonfirmasi wartawan terkait masalah ini mengatakan bukan kewenangannya untuk menjelaskan.

“Kalau soal ini, apakah nanti dilakukan seleksi ulang atau bagaimana, itu mereka (Tim seleksi) punya wewenang. Jadi bukan di BKPSDMD, tidak ada hubungan dengan Perumda,” ujarnya, Rabu (19/1) tadi.

Namun terkait pembatalan SK oleh wali kota, Samin mengaku sudah dibatalkan sejak malam tadi.

“Sudah dibatalkan tadi malam (SK). Kalau bicara dasar masalah seleksi itu bukan wewenang saya, karena bukan pansel,” ujarnya.

Sementara Wali Kota M. Tauhid Soleman yang dikonfirmasi belum memberika respons. Begitu juga Sekretaris Daerah, Jusuf Sunya, belum bisa ditemui di ruang kerjanya.

Sekadar diketahui, terdapat enam nama yang dilantik Wali Kota M. Tauhid Soleman sebagai Direksi dan Dewas Perumda Ake Gaale. Tiga dari Direksi, dan tiga lagi Dewas.

Untuk Direksi diketuai Abubakar Adam, dengan anggota Maslan Deis dan Muhdar Assagaf. Sementara dari Dewas diketuai Abdullah Bandang, Chalid Thalib, dan Hasan Musana Matdoan.

Hasan Musana merupakan unsur dari pemerintaham yang diangkat tanpa melalui seleksi. (udy/ask)
