PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Jaksa Agung, ST. Burhanuddin, menunjuk Kepala Sub Direktorat Eksekusi dan Ekseminasi pada Direktur Tindak Pidana Narkotika dan Zat Adiktif lainnya Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Umum, Abdullah, sebagai Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Ternate.
Ini berdasarkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Jaksa Agung RI Nomor: KEP-IV-171-/C/02/2022 tentang pemindahan, pemberhentian dan pengangkatan dari dan dalam jabatan struktural pegawai negeri sipil Kejaksaan RI. Surat itu ditandatangani oleh Jaksa Agung Muda Pembinaan Bambang Sugeng Rukmono pada 18 Februari 2022.
Abdullah mengantikan Kajari Ternate sebelumnya, Pendi Sijabat, yang telah habis masa jabatan struktural (sekarang sebagai Jaksa fungsional) beberapa bulan lalu.
Terpisah, Kasi Intel Kejari Ternate, Aan Syaeful Anwar dikonfirmasi wartawan, Senin (21/2) tadi membenarkan penunjukan Kajari Ternate yang baru itu. Namun untuk serah terima jabatan (Sertijab), ia belum tahu kapan.
“Untuk SK Kajari definitif sudah ada. Sertijab itu nanti dari pimpinan,” singkatnya. (gon/ask)
