PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Anggota DPRD Maluku Utara (Malut) Abdul Malik Sillia, menggelar Reses Masa Persidangan II Tahun 2021-2022 pada Kamis (26/5) di Cafe D’Cliff, Kelurahan Kalumata, Kota Ternate.
Reses itu mengagendakan pembahasan terkait pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan para pelaku usaha di Kelurahan Kalumata, Kecamatan Ternate Selatan, Kota Ternate.
Malik mengatakan, saat ini pihaknya sedang mencoba membangun pengembanhan UMKM di Ternate maupun di Maluku Utara. Langkah awalnya saat ini ialah mencari formulasi yang tepat untuk pengembangan itu.
“Makanya di reses ini kita menghadirkan para pelaku UMKM dan juga para pengusaha muda yang tergabung dalam Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI) Kota Ternate,” jelas Malik.
Dengan hadirnya mereka, Malik memperoleh informasi yang tepat terkait jumlah pelaku usaha dan jenis usaha yang dijalankan. Dari situlah pengembangan yang ia maksudkan dapat dilakukan, dengan tentunya adanya bantuan pengembangan usaha yang tepat sasaran.
“Untuk itu saya ingin mendengar masukan dan permintaan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh ibu-ibu di sini, dan saya juga butuh masukan dari HIPMI terkait bagaimana langkah kita dalam memulai usaha agar para undangan yang rata-rata ibu-ibu ini punya gambaran,” ucapnya.
Kesempatan itu, Malik juga menjanjikan beberapa bantuan kepada para pelaku usaha yang hadir. Terutama kebutuhan yang dirasa paling urgen saat ini. Untuk memulai itu juga, Ketua Fraksi KNBK DPRD Malut ini menyarankan para pelaku usaha untuk membentuk kelompok agar mudah diidentifikasi.
“Dengan begitu, kita jadi mudah melihat mana kebutuhan yang harus didahulukan. Sehingga dalam setiap pembahasan anggaran dapat kita masukan,” tutup Sekretaris DPW PKB Malut ini.
Untuk diketahui, kegiatan reses itu turut dihadiri oleh Ketua dan Sekretaris HIPMI Ternate, para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Kalumata, dan Lurah Kalumata. (kep)
