PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Narapidana kasus Narkoba di Lapas Kelas IIB Sanana, NF (25), kembali ditetapkan tersangka oleh Penyidik Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polres Kepulauan Sula atas kepemilikan barang haram.
NF ditetapkan tersangka setelah penyidik melakukan pengembangan dari hasil penemuan satu paket Narkoba jenis Sabu yang di bawa oleh mantan istrinya, RH, saat menjengkuknya di Lapas pada 21 Mei 2022 lalu.
Kapolres Sula, AKBP Cahyo Widyatmoko menjelaskan, saat itu sekira pukul 10.00 WIT pagi, anggota Satresnarkoba mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan adanya temuan barang mencurigakan.
Barang tersebut ditemukan petugas Lapas yang di bawa oleh RH, mantan istri NF. Di mana RH akan menjenguk NF yang saat ini ditahan di Lapas Kelas IIB Sanana.
RH saat itu juga membawa sebuah rantang yang berisi makanan. Saat diperiksa petugas, RH juga kedapatan membawa sebungkus rokok. Petugas curiga isi barang tersebut lalu memeriksanya dan menemukan barang yang diduga Narkoba.
Petugas Lapas kemudian menghubungi Satresnarkoba Polres untuk dilakukan penyelidikan. Dari pengakuan RH, bahwa barang tersebut tidak diketahuinya. Sebab RH tidak membuka isi barang titipan tersebut.
“Hasil pengembangan anggota kita, memang menemukan barang yang dicurigai itu adalah Narkotika jenis sabu. Saudara RH menyebut nama NF terkait paket itu seberat 1,23 gram,” jelasnya.
Penyidik, kata Cahyo, kemudian menetapkan NF sebagai tersangka. NF disangkakan Pasal 112 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan pidana penjara paling singkat 4 tahun dan paling lama 12 tahun. (ish/ask)
