Pelaku Usaha Kini Bisa Pasarkan Produk ke Pemprov Malut Tanpa Lelang

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Setiap pelaku usaha kecil dan mikro di Provinsi Maluku Utara (Malut) saat ini punya peluang untuk memasarkan produk mereka ke Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Malut tanpa melalui proses lelang (tender).

Hal itu seperti disampaikan Kepala Biro Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa (BPBJ) Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Malut, Saifuddin Djuba, saat ditemui di sela-sela acara Sosialisasi 10 Etalase Produk Katalog Lokal, Senin (4/7) pagi tadi di Hotel Ayu Lestari Kota Ternate.

Saifuddin mengatakan, saat ini pemerintah sedang mencanangkan Gerakan Nasional Bangga Buatan Indonesia. Dalam gerakan itu, yang paling dimanfaatkan saat ini adalah pengembangan produk lokal.

“Salah satu caranya adalah dengan membuka etalase produk katalog lokal dengan menggandeng para pelaku usaha di daerah.  Itu dilakukan agar produknya dapat digunakan atau dibeli oleh pemerintah daerah pada setiap kegiatan pemerintah,” jelasnya.

10 etalase produk katalog lokal, kata Saifuddin, terdiri dari alat tulis kantor (ATK), aspal, bahan material, bahan pokok, beton ready mix, jasa keamanan, jasa kebersihan, makanan-minuman, pakaian dinas serta kain tradisional dan servis kendaraan.

“Dari 10 etalase itu, sudah terdapat 33 penyedia  jasa yang mendaftrkan 570 produk mereka ke kita. Jumlah itu adalah yang terbesar di Indonesia Timur dan tertinggi ke 8 secara nasional,” ungkapnya.

Saifuddin menambahkan, dengan diberlakukannya sistem ini makin mempermudah pemerintah daerah dalam setiap kegiatannya. Karena dapat leluasa memilih atau membeli produk yang diinginkan tanpa melalui proses lelang. Begitu juga setiap pelaku usaha kecil di daerah, dapat dengan leluasa menjual produk mereka ke pemerintah.

“Jadi penyedia jasa maupun produk yang didaftarkan dalam katalog lokal itu tanpa dibatasi. Jadi mau daftar berapapun itu tidak masalah selama memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan,” ujar Saifuddin.

Saifuddin berharap dengan digelarnya kegiatan sosialisasi ini dapat membuka peluang bagi para pelaku usaha untuk mendaftarkan produk mereka sebanyak-banyaknya. (kep)
