PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate telah menetapkan dua orang sebagai tersangka atas kasus dugaan korupsi anggaran kegiatan hari olahraga nasional (Haornas) tahun 2018 yang berlangsung di Kota Ternate.
Kedua orang yang ditetapkan tersangka itu yakni YC selaku tim kreatif penyelenggaraan Haornas dan SH alias Sukarjan selaku mantan Kepala Dinas Pemuda dan Olahrga (Dispora) Kota Ternate sekaligus Sekretaris Panitia kegiatan Haornas.
Penetapan Sukarjan sebagai tersangka ini dipertanyakan Aliansi Pemuda Adat Ternate. Ini karena penetapan Sukarjan sebagai tersangka dinilai sebagai “kambing hitam”.
“Kami menyadari dan mengetahui betul dibalik masalah ini bapak Wali Kota Ternate Tauhid Soleman, waktu itu merupakan Sekretaris Daerah Kota Ternate sekaligus Ketua Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD) merangkap Ketua Panitia Haornas lokal,” kata Hasrillah, salah satu orator dalam aksi yang digelar di depan Kantor Kejari Ternate, Jumat (29/7) tadi.
Menurutnya, yang harus diperiksa dan ditetapkan sebagai tersangka adalah M. Tauhid Soleman. Namun dari tiga kali panggilan penyidik Kejari Ternate, M. Tauhid Soleman mangkir dari panggilan dan tidak dijemput secara paksa.
Hal ini tentu berbeda dengan kedua tersangka yang telah ditersangkakan.
“Kami mencurigai masalah Haornas antara bapak Tauhid Soleman dan Kejari ada kong kalikong. Jika tidak ada kong kalikong, maka kami minta penjelasan. Kenapa Sukarjan hanya Kadispora dan Sekertaris Panitia Haornas ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. Sedangkan, Sekot Ternate selaku Ketua TAPD dan Ketua Panitia Haornas kala itu tidak ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, alasanya apa?,” tanya Haarillah.
Kedatangan pihaknya pada hari ini juga berkaitan dengan martabat dan harga diri terkait dengan bocornya surat dari Kesultanan Ternate yang ditujukan kepada Kejari tersebar luas di media sosial (Medsos).
“Ada apa, dan siapa yang membocorkan? ini menjadi pertanyaan mendasar dari kami. Secara tidak langsung, kami merasa bahwa ada oknum di Kejari Ternate yang bermain dibalik Haronas ini. Kenapa tidak dijelaskan secara transparan,” tandasnya.
Tersebarnya surat dari Kesultanan Ternate ini merupakan penghinaan terhadap Kesultanan. Karena surat yang keluar itu bersifat rahasia bukan publik.
“Itu hanya buat penangguhan, bukan intervensi secara absolut. Jadi kami merasa nama baik Kesultanan Ternate itu dicoreng,” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
