PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Pemerintah Kota Ternate melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) sedang membangun jalan menuju lokasi wisata Wailanga di Kelurahan Takome, Kecamatan Ternate Barat, Kota Ternate.
Jalan tersebut dianggarkan sebesar Rp 470.532.000 melalui APBD 2022 yang dikerjakan oleh CV. Bintang Jaya Konstruksi.
Pantauan wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) di lokasi wisata Wailanga, terdapat sebuah bangunan vila pribadi yang diduga milik petinggi Polda Maluku Utara.
Salah satu warga saat ditemui di lokasi, mengaku jika Vila tersebut milik petinggi di Polda Malut. Untuk masuk ke Villa itu, kata dia, dilarang. Sebab belum resmi. Bahkan mengambil gambar juga dilarang.
“Kalau ke pantainya bisa, tapi untuk foto-foto tidak bisa, karena bisa tersebar dengan alasan belum resmi. Itu dia (petinggi Polda) punya,” katanya kepada wartawan, Selasa (9/8) tadi.
Menurut warga, Vila tersebut bukan milik warga atau Pemda, namun punya pribadi.
“Vila itu dia (petinggi Polda) punya. Karena mereka yang beli lahan di situ,” ungkapnya.
Warga juga mengaku pekerjaan itu sudah lama dikerjakan. Pekerja bangunan itu terus berganti.
“Sebelumnya orang yang kerja itu dari Jailolo, sekarang dari Tidore, Manado dan Jawa,” jelasnya.
Kabid Humas Polda Malut, Kombes Pol Michael Irwan Thamsil yang dikonfirmasi wartawan, Senin (8/8) kemarin mengaku tak mengetahui.
“Kau tanya ke dinas-dinas terkait. Nanti kita cek dulu ya,” tandasnya. (gon/ask)
