PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Para petani kopra di Maluku Utara harus banyak bersabar. Pasalnya, terhitung sejak Juli hingga Agustus 2022, komoditi utama para petani Maluku Utara ini perlahan mengalami penurunan harga yang cukup signifikan.
Laju penurunan ini bukan tidak mungkin terus berlanjut hingga lewat di angka ekonomi. Bahkan, keinginan untuk menikmati pendapatan yang melimpah dari penjualan kopra pun tak bisa tercapai. Ini karena harga kopra di pasaran menurun pada titik terendah.
Pemilik UD Andhika, Andika mengatakan, Harga kopra saat ini menyentuh di angka Rp 7 ribu per kilogram. Meskipun beberapa waktu lalu harga tertinggi menyentuh pada posisi Rp 12.500 per kilogram, namun perlahan mengalami penurunan dari Rp 11.000, Rp 8.000 hingga Rp 7.000 per kilogram.
“Saya tidak tahu penyebab harga kopra ini turun. Yang jelas harga kopra yang saat ini sudah berada pada angka Rp 7.000 per kilogram, dan harganya sudah turun sejak tiga Minggu yang lalu,” jelas Andika kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Rabu (10/8).
Menurutnya, harga kopra tersebut bersifat fluktuatif, sehingga pihaknya hanya menurunkan harga sesuai permintaan industri. Sebab, tidak menutup kemungkinan, harga permintaan industri saat ini mulai berkurang.
Meski begitu, Andika berharap, harga kopra kembali melonjak, agar petani kopra tetap bersemangat dalam memproduksi kopra di Maluku Utara.
Senada, salah seorang pengepul di toko UD Putra Daerah mengakui, pihaknya membeli kopra berdasarkan harga yang diterima oleh pihak pabrik. Menurutnya, kemungkinan di Maluku Utara, harga kopra sudah menyentuh pada kisaran Rp 7.000 per kilogram.
“Kemungkinan di Maluku Utara sudah berlaku harga yang demikian, yaitu berada pada angka Rp 7.000 per kilogram, karena kami juga membeli dengan harga sesuai permintaan industri,” tutur salah seorang pengepul yang enggan disebutkan namanya.
Sementara untuk harga komoditi cengkih dan pala masih relatif normal. Hal terpantau di toko UD Modern Raya dan UD Simpati Baru, Kelurahan Gamalama, Kecamatan Ternate Tengah.
“Harga cengkih masih menyentuh pada angka Rp 95.000 sampai Rp 110.000 per kilogram. Sedangkan biji pala yang kualitasnya baik, ditawarkan pada angka Rp 100 per kilogram,” kata Irham, salah satu pengepul UD Simpati Baru.
“Untuk biji pala dengan kualitasnya yang agak sedikit bagus, kami membeli dengan harga Rp 60.000 sampai Rp 65.000 per kilogram. Sedangkan Fuli harganya Rp 245.000 per kilogram. Di sini harganya sama seperti di UD Modern Raya. Jadi harga ini masih seperti harga sebelumnya,” pungkasnya. (tan)
