PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Sejumlah pegawai RSUD Chasan Boesoirie (CB) Ternate menuntut pihak Direksi untuk segera melunasi seluruh tunjangan kinerja 900 petugas kesehatan, baik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) maupun non-PNS yang masih menunggak selama 8 bulan.
Salah satu sumber yang enggan disebut namanya kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) mengatakan, apabila pihak RSUD tidak menyelesaikan seluruh tunggakan yang terhitung sejak 29 Agustus sampai 2 September 2022, maka pihaknya berkomitmen tidak akan melakukan seluruh layanan di RSUD hingga masalah itu dapat diselesaikan.
“Kepada seluruh masyarakat Maluku Utara, khususnya Kota Ternate yang membaca edaran ini, sebelumnya kami memohon maaf bila pada saat membutuhkan pelayanan kesehatan nantinya tidak maksimal atau tidak terlayani akibat dari dari persoalan ini,” katanya kepada wartawan, Senin (29/8).
Menurutnya, tunjangan kinerja yang belum terbayar oleh RSUD itu terhitung tiga bulan di 2020, dua bulan di 2021 hingga 2022. Bahkan terdapat pemotongan tunjangan kinerja sepihak oleh bagian menejemen RSUD.
Selain itu, jasa pelayanan BPJS sejak Maret hingga Agustus ini juga belum terbayarkan. Sementara dana dari kantor BPJS diketahui sudah masuk ke kas RSUD pada Juli 2022. Begitu pula dengan tunjangan kinerja saat hari raya, sesuai peraturan presiden itu pun 50 persen tidak dibayarkan. Dan ini terjadi setiap tahun.
“Pihak manajemen RSUD dan satuan pengawas internal harus bertanggung jawab terhadap persoalan ini. Bukan sebaliknya memberikan isu, sebanyak 5 orang pegawai bahkan lebih akan di mutasikan,” kesalnya.
Karena itu, ia mengimbau kepada semua karyawan di lingkup RSUD untuk menyatukan persepsi dan sama-sama mempertanyakan hak-hak mereka yang diduga diselewengkan itu.
“Mari kita satukan barisan untuk mempertanyakan hak-hak kita. Stop membela dan mencari muka sehingga menjadi penjilat yang berakibat merugikan diri sendiri dan banyak orang,” pungkasnya. (ano)
