Polda Malut Didesak Segera Tetapkan Tersangka Dugaan Gratifikasi Auditor BPK

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Polda Maluku Utara didesak segera melakukan penetapan tersangka terhadap oknum auditor badan pemeriksaan keuangan (BPK), YA, yang diduga terlibat gratifikasi dan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) yang saat ini ditangani Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus).

Ini karena kasus tersebut terkesan lambat. Padahal, kasus ini penyidik sudah mengantongi sejumlah alat bukti, bahkan sudah dinaikkan statusnya dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan beberapa waktu lalu. Di mana dalam kasus ini, YA diduga telah menerima uang dari hasil gratifikasi dan TPPU sejak tahun 2020 yang nilainya mencapai Rp 15 miliar.

Hal ini membuat publik bertanya-tanya. Akademisi Universitas Khairun (Unkhair) Ternate, Abdul Kadir Bubu, mengatakan bahwa kasus ini sudah terang benderang, karena bukti-buktinya sudah didapatkan oleh penyidik.

”Apakah bukti itu dalam bentuk rumah yang ada di sini (Ternate) maupun di daerah Jawa, begitu juga sejumlah uang yang telah diamankan. Sebenarnya itu sudah cukup menetapakan yang bersangkutan sebagai tersangka, atau setidaknya sudah menetapakn tersangka dalam kasus ini. Tapi kenapa sampai sekarang penyidik belum juga menetapkan tersangkanya,” tanya Dade sapaan akrab Abdul Kadir kepada wartawan, Selasa (20/12).

Setahu dia, lanjut Dade, kasus itu sudah terang benderang. Namun penyidik beralasan mengalami kendala dengan PPATK (pusat pelaporan dan analisis transaksi keuangan).

”Pertanyaannya transaksi tersebut dalam bentuk apa?. Sebab transaksi-transaksi yang lain di Bank itu rekeningnya jelas, transfer kepada siapa, alamat Bank yang ditujukan juga jelas. Jadi Tinggal di kroscek saja, karena tidak ada identitas yang disamarkan di sana,” ujarnya.

Dosen Fakultas Hukum ini bilang, tanpa PPATK juga sudah cukup bukti untuk menetapkan tersangka. Ia menduga penyidik sengaja mengulur-ulur waktu, karena ada unsur kesengajaan dan bukan karena ada kendala PPATK dan seterusnya.

Untuk itu, ia mendesak Kapolda Maluku Utara Irjen Pol Midi Siswoko segera melakukan evaluasi terhadap proses penyidikan yang sedang berjalan. Sebab kasus ini menyita perhatian publik, tidak sekadar warga Maluku Utara, tapi seluruh Indonesia. Karena ini melibatkan satu sistem yang ada di BPK.

“Apalagi dananya mengalir ke mana-mana di internal BPK, ini bukan hanya mengalir ke bawah, tapi juga diduga mengalir ke atas dan angkanya tidak sedikit,” tuturnya.

Kandidat Doktor Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) ini berharap kasus ini ada atensi khusus dari Kapolda Maluku Utara. Semua yang menikmati hasil dari tindak pidana ini harus dapat diproses.

“Jadi ada satu orang ditugaskan melakukan hal semacam ini sebagai operatornya, sehingga yang turut menikmati juga harus dipersamakan (dalam proses hukum),” desaknya. (gon/ask)
