PENAMALUT.COM, SOFIFI – Komisi III DPRD Maluku Utara mendesak Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Malut agar segera membayar utang proyek pembangunan Masjid Raya Shaful Khairat Sofifi ke PT. Anugerah Lahan Baru senilai Rp 5,8 miliar.
Ketua Komisi III DPRD Malut, Rusihan Jafar, mengatakan jika telah selesai diaudit Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP), seharusnya Januari hingga Februari 2023 sudah dibayar melalui Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD).
“Kalau BPKP sudah selesai pemeriksaan, maka pemerintah harus segera bayar. Kalau tahun kemarin belum sempat dibayar, berarti Januari sampai Februari ini kalau sudah bisa dilakukan pembayaran, maka segeralah dibayarkan,” kata Rusihan saat diwawancarai Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Kamis (5/1).
Politisi Partai Perindo ini mengakui bahwa pihaknya melihat dari sisi teknis, pelaksanaan pekerjaan Masjid Raya telah rampung. Namun, sejauh ini Pemprov masih memiliki utang ke pihak ketiga.
“Berdasarkan BPKP modelnya seperti itu, maka diminta kepada pemerintah daerah lewat keuangan segera membayar. Kalau tidak bayar itu berdosa. Yang penting sudah diakui sebagai utang, maka di Januari atau Februari ini segelah untuk dibayar,” pungkasnya. (ano/tan)
