PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Sebuah rumah makan dan kios di Kelurahan Salero, Kecamatan Ternate Utara, Kota Ternate, hangus terbakar. Selain itu, tiga kamar kost juga ludes terbakar. Peristiwa itu terjadi hari ini, Selasa (10/1) sekira pukul 11.30 WIT. Insiden ini menyebabkan dua orang terluka.
Seorang saksi mata, Laihad Umasangaji, mengatakan sumber api berasal dari kios depan yang langsung merembet ke rumah makan, sehingga ia membantu memadamkan api dengan alat seadanya.
“Api merembet cepat, sehingga rumah disamping juga ikut terbakar dan semua barang jualan ludes terbakar, karena ada bensin di dalamnya, ” jelasnya kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG)
Kepala Dinas Damkar Kota Ternate, Arwan Andili, mengaku setelah mendapat informasi tersebut, ia langsung mengarahkan 25 petugas Damkar di tempat kejadian perkara (TKP)
“Ada 4 unit mobil dikerahkan untuk memadamkan api. Namun untuk kerugian belum diketahui pasti,” tutupnya. (udi/tan)
