PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (Bappelitbangda) Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan menggelar kegiatan pelaksanaan forum Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), Rabu (29/3) di Hotel Buana Lipu.
Kegiatan dalam rangka penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) tahun 2024 itu oleh Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda), Saiful Turuy.
Sambutan Bupati Halsel, Usman Sidik, yang dibacakan Sekda Saiful Turuy menekankan, dalam pelaksanaan forum OPD yang akan bermuara penyusunan RKPD tahun 2024 ini meminta untuk semua pimpinan OPD dan seluruh stakeholder untuk berpikiran terbuka, memiliki visi kedepan, terintegratif dan inovatif.
Mengacu pada arah kebijakan pembangunan tahun 2024 tersebut, kegiatan ini mengambil tema “Meningkatkan Kualitas dan Daya Saing Sumber Daya Manusia, Ekonomi dan Infrastruktur untuk Mewujudkan Masyarakat Halmahera Selatan Yang Unggul, Maju dan Sejahtera”.
Pada kegiatan itu, dirangkaikan dengan pemaparan materi oleh Ketua Tim Percepatan Pembangunan Halmahera Selatan Dr. Abjan Sofyan, terkait program prioritas Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) Halmahera Selatan tahun 2024.
Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Desk masing-masing OPD yang terbagi atas tiga kelompok yaitu kelompok mitra OPD bidang sosial budaya, bidang ekonomi, bidang fisik dan prasarana. Dalam desk ini masing-masing OPD memaparkan Rencana Kerja (Renja) tahun 2024.
Kepala Bappelitbangda Halsel, Muhammad Thahrim, selaku penanggung jawab kegiatan Forum OPD mengatakan, kegiatan tersebut merupakan salah satu tahapan penyusunan rencana pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan tahun 2024 sebagaimana mengacu pada regulasi Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 25 Tahun 2004 dan Permendagri 86 Tahun 2017.
“Sebelum pelaksanaan forum OPD ini, ada beberapa tahapan perencanaan yang telah dilaksanakan, yakni pelaksanaan konsultasi publik dalam rangka penyusunan rancangan awal (Ranwal) RKPD tahun 2024, pelaksanaan Musrenbang RKPD di 30 kecamatan se-Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, dan pelaksanaan pra forum OPD yang diikuti pimpinan serta jabatan fungsional perencanaan di setiap OPD,” jelasnya.
