PENA – Badan Pengurus Cabang Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (BPC HIPMI) menggelar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Cabang (Diklatcab) di Royal Function and Resto Kota Ternate, Kamis (11/2). Kegiatan itu merupakan salah satu syarat wajib bagi anggota HIPMI untuk menjadi Ketua Umum maupun pengurus BPC.
“Dalam ketentuan organisasi HIPMI, salah satu syarat menjadi pengurus adalah mengikuti Diklatcab yang digelar oleh BPC. Untuk Maluku Utara, baru BPC Kota Ternate yang menggelar Diklatcab,” jelas Sekretaris BPC HIPMI Kota Ternate, Sofyan Sangadji.
Sofyan menambahkan, kegiatan Diklatcab ini digelar atas inisiatif dari pengurus BPC HIPMI Kota Ternate. Meski begitu, kegiatan tersebut juga diikuti oleh pengurus BPC di kabupaten dan kota seluruh Maluku Utara.
“Karena dalam waktu dekat beberapa BPC HIPMI kabupaten dan kota yang ada di Maluku Utara akan menggelar musyawarah untuk kepengurusan yang baru, dan persyaratan memiliki sertifikat Diklatcab adalah kewajiban untuk penunjukkan ketua umum maupun pengurus yang baru nanti,” tambahnya.
Pada kegiatan Diklatcab tersebut dihadiri oleh beberapa narasumber. Antara lain Kepala Bank Indonesia Perwakilan Maluku Utara, Bappeda Kota Ternate dan di internal HIPMI sendiri diwakili oleh BPD HIPMI Provinsi Maluku Utara.
Menurut Sofyan, seluruh rangkaian kegiatan yang digelar tersebut akan dilaporkan ke BPP HIPMI. Selanjutnya, BPP akan kengeluarkan rekomendasi agar kegiatan serupa juga digelar di kabupaten kota lainnya di Maluku Utara.
“Dikabarkan pada tanggal 20 Februari ini akan digelar Musyawarah BPC HIPMI Halmahera Timur untuk kepengurusan yang baru,” tutup Sofyan. (*)
