PENA – DPD KNPI Maluku Utara mendukung kritikan anggota DPD RI, Husain Syah, terhadap gubernur Malut dan Pemprov Malut secara kolektif.
“Terutama soal koordinasi. Memang selama dua periode bapak Abdul Gani Kasuba jabat gubernur, koordinasi lintas lembaga nyaris tidak jalan,” kata juru bicara KNPI Malut, Ikhwan Muhammad.
Menurut dia, karena gubernur tidak memiliki kepekaan terkait dengan itu, maka virus jelek itu berdampak hingga ke hampir semua SKPD.
Lihat saja, baru di masa jabatan gubernur Abdul Gani Kasuba inilah ada pimpinan SKPD yang merasa bahwa anggaran yang ia kelola itu menjadi miliknya 100 persen.
“Tata kelola pemerintahan kita masih sangat buruk. Gubernur dan jajarannya hampir tidak menyadari hal ini,” ujar Ikhwan.
Ia menjelaskan, buruknya tata kelola pemerintahan sudah berdampak pada tata kelola keuangan. Tidak bisa heran, kata Ikhwan, jika selama ini Pemprov meninggalka banyak utang dari pihak ketiga.
“Kelihatannya masih terjadi masalah keuangan di Pemprov, tapi kemungkinan Inspektorat Malut belum mampu untuk mendeteksi atau bisa saja ditutupi Inspektorat,” tegasnya.
Ikhwan menyarankan kepada gubernur dan jajarannya agar tidak menganggap remeh lembaga terkait lain, sehingga menjadi penting untuk berkoordinasi. Dengan demikian, maka membangun Malut akan menjadi kesadaran kolektif. (*)
