PENA – DPD KNPI Maluku Utara menyalurkan bantuan ke lima panti asuhan di Kota Ternate, Minggu (2/5).
Kegiatan yang dipimpin Sekretaris KNPI Malut, M Ardiansyah itu ikut dihadiri pula Ketua PII Malut, Ketua IMM Ternate dan Ketua HMI Ternate.
Sejumlah pengurus harian KNPI Malut juga terlibat dalam penyaluran bantuan tersebut.
“Semoga saja bantuan dari KNPI ini dapat membantu kebutuhan anak-anak yatim di panti asuhan,” harap Ardiansyah.
Menurutnya, KNPI tidak bermaksud mengumumkan penyaluran bantuan ke panti asuhan tersebut.
“Akan tetapi melalui kesempatan ini kami mengajak kepada pihak yang memiliki kecukupan rezeki agar tidak lupa dengan anak-anak yatim di panti asuhan. Karena dengan bantuan dari kita, Insya Allah mereka bisa merayakan Idul Fitri dengan gembira,” ujarnya.
Usai penyaluran bantuan di lima panti asuhan, sekretaris KNPI Malut dan rombongan menggelar buka puasa bersama di salah satu restoran di Kota Ternate. (*)
