PENA – Pengurus E-Sport di 10 kabupaten kota seluruh Maluku Utara telah terbentuk. Hal itu ditandai melalui pelantikan yang langsung dilakukan oleh Ketua Harian E-Sport Indonesia Provinsi Maluku Utara, Samsuddin Abdul Kadir.
Samsuddin yang juga Sekretaris Pemerintah Provinsi (Sekprov) Maluku Utara ini melantik pengurus E-Sport 10 kabupaten dan kota di Aula Melati Ex Kediaman Gubernur Malut, Kelurahan Kalumpang, Kota Ternate. Kegiatan pelantikan berlangsung secara daring sesuai protokol kesehatan Covid-19.
Hadir langsung pada pelantikan tersebut ialah pengurus E-Sport Indonesia Kota Ternate yang diketuai Bachtiar Kadir. Selain itu, turut dihadiri Sekretaris Mohdar Bailusy, Bendahara Sofyan M. Sangadji dan Ketua Bidang Organisasi Mashuri Musyaddad.
Bachtiar selaku ketua, menerima secara simbolis penyerahan bendera pataka E-Sport dari Samsuddin Abdul Kadir sebagai tanda pelantikan.
Dalam sambutannya, Samsuddin berharap E-Sport Indonesia di Maluku Utara bisa berkonsolidasi dengan cepat dan mampu untuk mengkoordinir seluruh atlet, klub dan komunitas E-Sport yang ada di seluruh kabupaten dan kota.
Hal senada disampaikan oleh Ketua KONI Maluku Utara, Drs.Djafar Umar, yang mengatakan KONI sangat mengapresiasi kehadiran E-Sport di Maluku Utara dan berharap akan menjadi salah satu olahraga unggulan yang berprestasi di Maluku Utara.
Sementara itu, Ketua E-Sport Indonesia Kota Ternate, Bachtiar Kadir berjanji, akan secepatnya melaksanakan pendataan atlet dan klub yang ada di Kota Ternate untuk bisa bersama-sama memajukan E-Sport di Kota Ternate.
Sedangkan Ketua Bidang Organisasi, Mashuri Musyaddad, mengatakan bahwa potensi atlet dan klub E-Sport di Kota Ternate sangat besar dan menjanjikan. Berdasarkn data yang ia pegang, setidaknya ada 51 klub yang sudah eksis dan mengikuti setiap turnamen yang dilaksanakan.
“Dengan hadirnya kepengurusan E-Sport ini akan mengayomi dan melakukan pembinaan serta pengaturan agar olahraga dunia maya ini lebih tertata rapi dan dapat berprestasi di ajang-ajang resmi baik lokal maupun nasional,” ucap Aca Uly, sapaan akrab Mashuri Musyaddad.
Pelantikan sendiri dihadiri oleh Ketua KONI Provinsi Maluku Utara Drs. Djafar Umar dan sejumlah Pengurus E-Sport Indonesia Maluku Utara seperti Dr. Ridha Adjam, Muksin Bailusy dan Djamal Arsad. (*)
